16:19 GMT, October 6, 2009 ARLINGTON, Va. | Stanley, Inc. (NYSE: SXE), a leading provider of systems integration and professional services to the U.S. federal government, today announced that it was awarded a five-year, firm-fixed-price contract valued at $30 million, with exercise of options, by the U.S. Army to provide support services to the U.S. Army Central Command (USARCENT) in theater.

Stanley's support to the USARCENT G4/G1 will include logistical planning, theater strategy and policy assistance for the U.S. Central Command chief logistician and his staff. Stanley logisticians will provide technical and staff expertise supporting ammunition operations, supply sustainment activities, maintenance oversight and equipment readiness tracking, logistics automation, transportation planning, personnel support services and strength management. The work will take place at Camp Arifjan in Kuwait.
