| SAIC Receives SPAWAR Systems Center Task Order for Counter Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) Training Support |

07:14 GMT, October 15, 2009 MCLEAN, Va. and SAN DIEGO | Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) (NYSE: SAI) today announced that it has been awarded a task order by the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic to support the Tactical Command and Control (C2) Division by providing counter improvised explosive device (C-IED) training services. The task order has a three year period of performance and a total value of more than $32 million. Work will be performed primarily at Camp LeJeune, N.C.; Camp Pendleton, Twentynine Palms, and Bridgeport, Calif. The task order was awarded under the U.S. Navy's SeaPort-e contract. |
