13:49 GMT, November 2, 2009 MCLEAN, Va. and SAN DIEGO | Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) (NYSE: SAI) today announced it has been awarded a task order by the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) to support the Tomahawk Weapons System Program. The task order has a one-year base period of performance, four one-year options, and a total value of more than $60 million if all options are exercised. Work will be performed primarily at Patuxent River, Md. The task order was awarded under the U.S. Navy's SeaPort-e contract. |
