Mr. Devlin to Take Active Role in Both Business Development and Corporate Finance

Devlin, Jr. to the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Devlin joins the board with significant executive level experience and is anticipated to take an active role in Business development for the Company. Further, Mr. Devlin will work closely with the Company’s management team on issues with regards to corporate finance as well as expanding the Company’s footprint with regards to relationships with leading financial institutions.

John Devlin’s Abbreviated Biography

John M. Devlin, Jr. spent the major part of his career with JPMorgan Investment Management as Senior Portfolio Manager responsible for over $4 Billion in institutional client assets. Retiring from Morgan in 2003, he became Vice Chairman of McKim & Co., a boutique investment banking firm where he was involved in raising venture capital and conducting due diligence for emerging growth companies. Last year, Devlin joined the American Irish Historical Society as its Managing Director. Devlin began his career at E.F Hutton & Co. as a stock trader before moving to US Steel as an asset manager in their Treasury Department.

Mr. Devlin serves on the board of Modavox-(OTCBB-MDVX), chairing both the Audit and Compensation committees. He also serves on several non-profit and private company boards. A 1967 graduate of Georgetown University, he also earned an MBA from Pace University. Devlin resides in Washington Crossing, Pa. with his wife of 42 years. They have two grown children and 4 grandchildren.
