05:26 GMT, September 6, 2010 ROANOKE, Va. | The U.S. Army Research, Development & Engineering Command has awarded ITT Corporation (NYSE:ITT) a $19.9 million order for ITT’s AN/AVS-6(V)3 aviator night vision goggle and spare image intensifier tubes including ITT’s highest-performing Generation 3 Pinnacle image intensifier in production, the MX-10160C. The MX-10160C tube is the most advanced night vision technology available, producing the clearest, sharpest night vision image for U.S. soldiers. |
