Dennis J. Kelly, Jr. Joins Firm to Manage Rapid Growth

21:32 GMT, May 20, 2008 FREDERICKSBURG, Va. | A-T Solutions, a Fredericksburg, Virginia based company that provides anti/counter- terrorism solutions for the detection, identification, defeat and forensic analysis of improvised explosive devices (IED) and weapons of mass destruction (WMD), announced today that Dennis J. Kelly, Jr. has joined the firm as its first Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Kelly, a twenty-year veteran of the federal services contracting arena, will provide operational leadership across all facets of A-T Solutions.

Previously in his career, Mr. Kelly served as senior vice president of Anteon International Corporation, a $1.7 billion information technology and integration services firm serving the government sector. In that role, he handled P&L management, business development and government affairs. Most recently, Mr. Kelly served as president of TechTeam Government Solutions, Inc., a $80 million wholly-owned subsidiary of TechTeam Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: TEAM). As the organization’s strategic leader, he delivered robust organic growth and identified and executed numerous mergers and acquisitions, managing their integration with TechTeam’s existing operations.

A-T Solutions is the largest single supplier of IED-related training and analytical services to the U.S. Departments of Defense, State and Homeland Security. With approximately 200 subject matter experts and seasoned professionals, it is poised to grow to more than 300 employees by the end of the year. Earlier this year, A-T Solutions was acquired by CoVant, an investment partnership founded by former top executives of Anteon International and CI Capital Partners, a New York-based private investment group.

Mr. Kelly is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and holds an MBA from the University of Rhode Island.
