20:04 GMT, June 2, 2008 ODOLENA VODA | In the context of the successful completion of the restructuring project of AERO Vodochody a.s., the main result of which was profit reached for the year 2007 in the amount of CZK 236 million, Mr. Peter Ondro has today handed over the post of the President of the Company to Mr. Igor Hulak, who immediately took his office. Mr. Peter Ondro continues in the team of Aero as a consultant, nevertheless within the private equity group Penta he was assigned with a new important project of building up the largest producer of meat in Central Europe through lately purchased meat-processing companies in Slovakia and Hungary.

“I am glad to join the AERO Vodochody team, which I approach to with ambitious respect from the point of its long and significant tradition as well as its current successful position within the private equity group Penta. I am ready to continue in the established speed and with even higher demands set by the shareholder for the Company for the future,” said new President Igor Hulak.
“My main tasks set for me for Aero have been completed, nevertheless I will continue in cooperation with the Company and in meeting the set aims. I see great potential in Aero and its further development would not deserve a part-time president. Good luck to Mr. Hulak in his new position as well as the whole Aero team,” said today already ex-president of Aero.
